Do my guests need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code on the table and the menu opens instantly in their phone’s browser — no app, no account, no waiting. That’s the whole point.
Can I edit my menu myself, without your help?
Yes. From your dashboard you can add dishes, change prices, upload videos and update your brand — changes go live instantly. Videos too: with the AI plan you generate them yourself in minutes (photo + a few words, credits included), and with Full our crew also shoots everything on location.
Can it connect to my POS / till system?
Not out of the box — the answer is no at first. If you need it, we can assess compatibility with your specific POS afterwards, and if it’s feasible the integration is quoted separately.
Can I integrate it with my website?
Absolutely. Your menu lives at your own address (yourname.menu.video): link it from your site, your Google profile, Instagram bio — or embed it directly.
Does it support multiple languages?
Yes — the interface is available in English and Italian (more coming), and your guests can switch language right on the menu.
