These Terms govern your use of menu.video (the "Service"), operated by Loopeasy Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus (Reg. no. CY10415130F), with registered office at 2, United Nation Street, Anastasia Court, 1st floor, Larnaca 6042, Cyprus ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

menu.video provides restaurants and bars ("the Customer") with a digital video menu accessible via QR code on a dedicated subdomain (yourname.menu.video), together with a management dashboard and, on eligible plans, AI-assisted video production.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be of legal age and authorised to act for the business you register. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and your account information accurate and current.

3. Packages & fees

The Service is offered in packages (Starter, AI, Full), each with a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee as published at the time of purchase. The monthly fee covers hosting, video storage and delivery, the dedicated subdomain and product updates. We may change prices; existing subscriptions keep their price for the current billing period.

4. Payments & cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the customer portal, effective at the end of the current billing period. If payment fails or the subscription is cancelled, the public menu is suspended until payment resumes. Setup fees are non-refundable once setup work has started. Plan upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing of the difference.

5. Customer content

You retain ownership of content you upload (videos, photos, logos, menu texts) and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, process (e.g. video encoding) and display it solely to provide the Service. You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable law. We may remove content that is unlawful or violates these Terms.

6. AI-generated content

On the AI plan, videos are generated from photos you provide using third-party AI services. Generated videos are delivered for use within the Service and for your own marketing. We do not guarantee a specific aesthetic result; one revision per dish is included.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property, to harass, to distribute malware, or to circumvent security. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (hosting, database, video delivery, payment, email). We are not responsible for their availability or for external sites linked from the Service.

9. Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance and factors beyond our control may temporarily affect the Service.

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Loopeasy Ltd against third-party claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the applicable laws of the European Union. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

This document is an operational draft and will be reviewed by legal counsel before final publication.
