This Privacy Policy explains how Loopeasy Ltd (Reg. no. CY10415130F), 2 United Nation Street, Anastasia Court, 1st floor, Larnaca 6042, Cyprus, processes personal data in connection with menu.video, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cyprus data protection law.

1. Data controller

Loopeasy Ltd is the data controller. For any privacy request, contact info@menu.video.

2. Principles

We process data lawfully, fairly and transparently; we collect only what is necessary (data minimisation); we keep it only as long as needed (storage limitation); and we protect it (integrity and confidentiality).

3. Data we collect

Restaurant customers: name, email, password (hashed), restaurant name and the content you upload, plus billing data handled by Stripe. Diners browsing a public menu: no account is required and no personal data is collected; an anonymous identifier stored in a cookie is used only to de-duplicate "likes".

4. Purposes & legal basis

We process data to provide the Service (performance of a contract), to comply with legal obligations, to process payments, to send transactional emails, and — with your consent — for analytics to improve the Service.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection. Exercise your rights by emailing info@menu.video.

6. Recipients & sub-processors

We share data with the providers that run the Service: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare Stream (video delivery), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and analytics tools. They process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements; some may process data outside the EU under adequate safeguards.

7. Retention

Account and content data are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted on request or after prolonged inactivity. On termination you may request export within 30 days.

8. Security

Data is hosted on EU infrastructure with industry-standard protections. Passwords are stored hashed; we never store full card numbers (handled by Stripe).

9. Cookies

See our Cookies Policy. The public video menus do not use tracking cookies.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version.
